On Account Credit Memo Gain And Loss Journal Report Creates Output In HTML Tag Format (Doc ID 2079056.1)

While running On Account Credit Memo Gain and Loss Journal Report (or
Adjustment Journal report) the output is not generating in RTF format as
defined but it is generating in HTML tag format

1.  Identification of this issue can be seen first in the OPP log. An example of the OPP log:

[UNEXPECTED] [455677:RT55091111] java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException

followed with:

Caused by: oracle.xdo.parser.v2.XPathException: Cannot convert 5234,10 to number.

2.  Next you will check the XML output and search for the number captured in the OPP log:  Example:


Notice the format of the number for ACCTD_CREDIT is set so that the comma (,) is the character for the decimal place.  This is the cause of the error.

Note that this issue can potentially occur for any RTF report.
