Symptoms

Running adstrtal.sh,ServiceControl on 12.2.4, it exits with status 1,By checking adstrtal.log,It failed when run adalnctl.sh:

Error in adalnctl.txt

TNS-12533: TNS:illegal ADDRESS parameters
TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
 TNS-00503: Illegal ADDRESS parameters
Listener failed to start. See the error message(s) above...
:: adalnctl.sh: exiting with status 1
