MES - Newly Assigned Product Lot Is Getting Wiped off While Performing Materiel Transaction (Doc ID 2079591.1)

On : 12.2.4 version, Operator Workbench

MES - Newly Assigned Product lot is getting cleared out while performing Materiel Transaction
This issue is happening after applying the Patch#21168607:R12.GMO.C

Have created OPM batch and assigned the new Product Lot then release the batch. While executing the batch in MES, the assigned product lot is appearing in the screen(Materiel transaction).  Then while trying to assign the Sub inventory and Locator for the new product Lot, the Lot is getting cleared out.  If try to provide the lot number receive the following error message.

Message not found. Application: GMO, Message Name: GMO_KIOSK_LOT_CREATE_MSG

User tries to Enter the Lot number manually and I am getting below error

LOT number: yyyyyy already exists in the systme
create_inv_lot_failed with errors

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Production supervisor > batches
MES > operator workbench

Create OPM Batch
Assigned the pending Product Lot
Released the Batch
Navigate to MES to progress/execute the batch
Release the Step 40
Click on the details to execute the process instructions/Material transactions
Click on execute transaction

Material Transactions:
The lot is the Product lot number that will be added in the inventory once the batch process is completed and trying to assign the sub inventory and Locator for that Lot.
Click on Select Button in the Search and Select: Sub inventory screen
The Lot number disappears. This is not expected.

When click on Lot LOV - receive below message
Message not found. Application: GMO, Message Name: GMO_KIOSK_LOT_CREATE_MSG
Clicked on No and try to enter the Lot number manually, receive error
LOT number: yyyyyy already exists in the system
create_inv_lot_failed with errors
Unable to Proceed further to complete the Step
