When Creating a Party Using a Location ID, the Province Code Is Not Displayed In Party

Symptoms
When creating a Party using a Location ID, the Province Code is not populated in the Party from the Location.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Having a Location with the following information: City, Province Code, Postal Code, Country Code, Timezone, a new Party is created using the Location specified above.
1. Go to Trade Master Data, Party Management, Party Manager
2. Input the ID and press Search
3. Edit the record
The Province Code is not displayed.
