Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Dispatch Center

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Tasks created and assigned to Engineers are not visible in Dispatch center plan board without Generate Field service trips in R12.1.3

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expectation is the task should be displayed If we Run Generate Field Service Trips for that week &
Refresh the Dispatch Console – Tasks are displayed.

WHAT IS WORKING
-------------------------------
In 11i, after the task is created, it is visible in the dispatch center plan board.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Select an Territory/Make sure corresponding group is assigned to you.
2. Open Dispatch Center - select above Territory and Group
3. Create an Task for the week where there are no Arrival/Departure Tasks – For future
4. Assign Task to one of the Engineer from the same group
5. Refresh the Dispatch Console – No Tasks are displayed

Expectation is the task should be displayed. If we Run Generate Field Service Trips for that week &
Refresh the Dispatch Console – Tasks are displayed.
