Click 'GET CONTRACTS' ERROR NO VALID CONTRACTS FOUND (Doc ID 2079917.1)

Symptoms

In 12.2.3, service contracts linked to organizations does not appear in header region of the service request form. No Contracts displayed in Contracts region in Subject tab too. Even after clicking “Get Contracts”
Error
No valid contracts found click ok nothing


Steps To Reproduce

1. Navigate > Service Contracts manager responsibility > Contract Administration > Launch pad > create service contract - 'Service Agreement for Manitowoc' add Party (Manitowoc FSG US Holding, LLC) party# 1042894
2. Navigate > Service Responsibility > Service Request > Create Service Request for Party (Manitowoc FSG US Holding, LLC) party# 1042894 , LOV on Service field and Coverage field does not display 'Service Agreement for Manitowoc' Even after clicking “Get Contracts” in the contracts section no contracts are displayed it is NULL
