Unable to See Multiple Rates in Employee Self-Service > Benefits (Doc ID 2079967.1)

Symptoms

On 12.2.4 version of Self Service Benefits,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When using either 'Vertically' or 'Horizontally' for the Self-Service Display setting, multiple rates (PT and AT) for the same compensation object are not displayed on the Plan Updates page.

Furthermore, on the Confirmation page, 'After Tax' shows as a column but displays as $0 which is incorrect.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to display multiple rates using these settings on the plan update page.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. US Super HRMS Manager
  > Navigate to Plan Types - Select Impacted Plan
  > Change Display Setting to Horizontally
  > Save Changes

2. Go to responsibility Employee Self-Service.
  > Select the Benefits function.
  > Navigate to the Update Benefits: Update Enrollments page.
  See that plan types using Self Service Display of "Horizontally" only display one rate.

3. Now go back to US Super HRMS Manager responsibility
  > Navigate to Plan Types - Select Impacted Plan
  > Change Display Setting to Vertically
  > Save Changes

4. Go to responsibility Employee Self-Service.
  > Select the Benefits function.
  > Navigate to the Update Benefits: Update Enrollments page.
  See that plan types using Self Service Display of "Vertically" only display one rate.
