Associate Earnings - Able To Keep Adding Amount Without Error Over-threshold Un-earned Payment Is No (Doc ID 2080036.1)

Trade Management - Line Summary > Associate Earnings Detail page.

If line amount is not removed and directly update it will allow user
to associate a claim for an amount higher than the actual offer balance.

Below in Testcase #2 is the problem being reported.

  Claim: CLAxxx for $100
  Offer: ne_accrual_1
  Threshold is set to $25 in sys param

In claim associate earnings
Goto offer ne_accrual_1  and enter 60.00
Click Update
Error: Over-threshold un-earned payment is not allowed for this customer.

Error is expected as pay-over earnings threshold amount is $25.

User is able to do the following which should not be allowed.

Goto the Claim associate earnings, Find offer ne_accrual_1
Offer Avaialble Amount: <356.68>
Enter 22.00  --as this is under the threshold of $25
Click update
Offer Avaialble Amount: <378.68>
Change 22.00 to 40.00
Click update
Offer Avaialble Amount: <396.68>
Change 40.00 to 60.00
Offer Avaialble Amount: <416.68>

There is no error, but user is able to increase the associate earnings amount
to 60. Should not be able to save claim without error.
