Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, BOM Populate and Refresh
After making a change to an existing model in the Configurator Developer, an error is occurring when adding an option feature and refreshing the UI.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Configurator Developer Responsibility,
2. Oracle Configurator Developer,
3. Configurator Developer,
4. Find the model and add an option feature and option to the model,
5. Save your changes,
6. Navigate to the Top Level model and click on the General Tab,
7. Scroll down until you see the Refresh UI button and click it,
8. Error message occurs.
