Symptoms

In Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS) release 12.1.3 within the Accounts Payables (AP) Supplier pages, when opening the Address Book of a supplier with more than 300 sites, the following error occurs:

Error message
Message not found. Application: POS, Message Name: POS_ACT_IN_ADD_MORE_THAN_LIMIT. Tokens: TYPE = Active;

Steps to reproduce
The issues can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to apps

Responsibility: Payables Manager
Navigation: Suppliers->Inquiry

2. Search for a Supplier with more than 300 sites.

3. Click on Address Book, get the message.

Business impact
Unable to update supplier addresses after upgrade.
