R12:AP:Payments Workbench Does Not Display Payment Address in Inquiry (Doc ID 2080554.1)

Symptoms

When inquiring payments using Payments Workbench, the Payment Address field is null in initial inquiry.  In the same search, clicking on the Find icon in the toolbar, the Payment Address will be displayed

Navigate to Payments/Inquiry/Payments, query a payment.  Notice the Payment Address field is null for all payments

In the same search, click the Find icon in the toolbar, the Payment Address is now populated
