"Manual" process Category not available anymore on Transfer Journal Entries to GL - Cost Management

after the following patches are deployed:

i.21261663
ii.20687418
iii.21340722

The Value Set XLA_SRS_PROCESS_CATEGORY has been changed in Release 12.2.5 to not allow a selection of "Manual" for the "Process Category" parameter in the "Transfer Journal Entries to GL" Concurrent Program.
New Value Set selects from table XLA_EVENT_CLASS_GRPS_VL
WHERE APPLICATION_ID = :$FLEX$.XLA_SRS_SUBLEDGERS AND
 NAME not in  ('All','Manual')
Old Value Set was WHERE APPLICATION_ID = :$FLEX$.XLA_SRS_SUBLEDGERS AND
 NAME <>  'All'
