Oracle Performance Management - Version 12.1 HRMS RUP7 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP7 version, Administration.

Duplicate records are shown in the LOV "Search and Select: Search for Worker" while trying to enroll an employee using Plan Administration Task.

This employee was transferred from Denmark Business Group to US Business Group  using Global Deployment and the employee had a Published scorecard. Now, the scorecard
is not visible from either of the Business Groups using navigation Employee Self-Service > Performance Management whereas for other employees it is visible.

Further, when plan administrator tried to enroll the employee again into the plan, the LOV "Search and Select: Search for Worker" showed duplicate records.
Though they appear to be duplicate, they are different assignment records from the 2 Business Groups.

It is expected that the LOV "Search and Select: Search for Worker" should not show duplicate records.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Transfer an employee temporarily from one Business Group to another Business Group using Global Deployment.
2. Then check the employees published scorecard and find that it is not available in any of the Business Groups.
Navigation: Employee Self-Service >> Performance Management.
3. Try to enroll the employee into the plan using Plan Administration Task.
Then the LOV "Search and Select: Search for Worker" shows duplicate records.
