Duplicate Counters Appearing In Counter Capture Form (Doc ID 2081119.1)

Symptoms

On :  12.2.4 version:


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
Duplicate counters are displayed in counter capture form when entering the same date and time for counter readings.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

a. Create a usage contract with start date as 01-APR-2015 and end date as 31-MAR-2016

b. Create below counters in counter setup form
Counter Name: MCNtest001
Counter Type: REGULAR
Reading Type: Change
Direction: Descending

c. Enter reading for counter MCNtest001 in counter capture form,
First reading  - date=01-APR-2015 00:00:00 and value=1000. Save transaction.
Second reading - date=30-APR-2015 00:00:00 and value=15.  Save transaction.

d. Disable reading for counter MCNtest001 on date=30-APR-2015 00:00:00 and value=15. Save transaction.

e. Enter reading for counter MCNtest001 in counter capture form,
Third reading  - date=30-APR-2015 00:00:00 and value=20. Save transaction.

d. In counter capture form, now we can see two counters named MCNtest001.
