Rent Increase Total Cash is Incorrect When Creating Backbill Terms (Doc ID 2081200.1)

Symptoms

When creating a lease and populating the 'Schedule Year Start Date' field, using proration rule: Days / Month. When creating a Rent Increase agreement that calculates a backbill, the total cash on the calculated terms are incorrect.

Example:
When creating the exact same lease terms, etc:

One lease that creates a backbill:
Lease ID XXX- Lease based on 21-May-07 to 20-May-17

One lease in the future that does not create a backbill:
Lease ID XX- Lease based on 21-May-16 to 20-May-26

The total cash amounts are different:

Lease XXX has a total lease value of 11,462,733.16
Lease XX has a total lease value of 11,462,255.00
