Upgraded Contract Without Currency Rate Information (Doc ID 2081298.1)

Goal

In 12.1.3 Contracts after Contract migration, Upgrade, from 11i to R12, the conversion data is lost.
The data in 11i shows contracts in USD currency with currency rate data (correct).
In R12 this contracts has been upgraded without currency rate information (wrong).
Why is this and how can this be corrected?
