Goal
At the moment it is not possible to group by fields or to link them if the SQL which produced the data did not start with 'SELECT'.
If the SQL starts for example with a 'WITH' clause which is perfectly legitimate and produces the data, the LINK and GROUP BY Options are not shown.
If the SQL starts with 'SELECT' it works just fine.
