Help Builder Failing With Http-404 In 12.2. (Doc ID 2081836.1)

Symptoms

E-Business Suite 12.2, Application Object Library

Help Builder fails to open in 12.2 when using the following navigation path:

SYSADMIN > System Administrator > System Administration > Help Administration > Help Builder

Any of the following errors can be received when the Help Builder fails to open:

1. "HTTP-400 The webpage cannot be found"

2. "Bad Request The request could not be understood by server due to malformed syntax."

3. "URL validation failed. The error could have been caused through the use of the browser's navigation buttons ( the browser Back button or refresh, for example).

    If the error persists, Please contact system administrator"
