Customer Category Option in Customer Profile Screen Does not Display all the Values (Doc ID 2082433.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-------------------------
On Oracle E-Business Suite, 12.1.3 version, on Customer Standard form.
When searching for a customer category option in Customer Profile screen, the LOV does not display all the values defined in the lookup.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------------
Expect all values for the customer category to be displayed.


WHAT IS WORKING
-----------------------------
Typing the first letters of the value defined display results.


STEPS
-----------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Receivables Manager
2. Navigation: Query existing customer > Profile Tab
3. Go to Customer Category > The list of values (LOV) does not display all the values

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot select the correct customer category
