Symptoms

When applying <Patch 19676458> via adop using the below command from <Note 1983050.1>:

adop phase=apply apply_mode=downtime patches=19676458

The following warning is displayed:

Changes

During the Database upgrade, the parameter file was updated with the required changes from 11.2.0.3 to 12.1.0.2.
