Sourcing Award Creates PO With PO_HEADERS_ALL.EMAIL_ADDRESS=NULL (Doc ID 2082672.1)

When Notification Method is set to Email and the profile option "PO: Communication Email Default" is set to Contact, PO_HEADERS_ALL.EMAIL_ADDRESS becomes NULL
when a PO is created as the result of Complete Award in Oracle Sourcing even when the supplier contact has an email address defined.

PO is created with correct Email Address in PO_HEADERS_ALL.EMAIL_ADDRESS.

1. Supply Base > Suppliers
2. Query the supplier
3. Click "Address Book"
4. Click "Manage Sites"
5. Click "Communication" tab
   --> Confirm that "Notification Method"=Email
6. Click "Contact Directory"
   --> Confirm that the supplier contact has an email address defined.
7. Set the profile option "PO: Communication Email Default" to Contact
8. Login to Oracle Sourcing
9. Create a RFQ and Publish
10. Login with supplier user and submit a Quote
11. Close RFQ
12. Complete Award
    Check "Initiate Approval" and submit
      --> Created PO has PO_HEADERS_ALL.EMAIL_ADDRESS=NULL even though the contact has email address.
          which in turn creates a WF_NOTIFICATIONS data with RECIPIENT_ROLE=.AMERICAN which is not sent to anyone.
