Tools Menu On Sales Order Read Only Form vs Sales Order Entry Form (Doc ID 2082833.1)

Goal

Followed note:

When we opened the tools menu on the Read only form most of the options are missing. Is there anyway we can make these options available on the read only form?

For an example: In Sales Order form, Tools -> The list of values are: Find Customer, Workflow Status, Auto Schedule, Create Hold Source etc.. But in Read-Only Form, Tools -> only shows: Workflow Status , Show Line Details

 

Is there anyway we can make these options available on the read only form?
