"Unrecognized Exception" Error When Updating Interaction History Actions

When selecting an Action item for update, the following error occurs:


"Unrecognized Exception"


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Interaction History JSP Admin responsibility
2. Configuration > Action
3. Select the ID hyperlink for an existing action
