Unable to find Default Clearing Balancing Segment Value for Intracompany Balancing Rules (Doc ID 2082951.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, AGIS General Ledger

When trying to define 'Default Clearing Balancing Segment Value' in Intracompany Balancing Rules page , for 'No Legal Entity rule' it does not shows any values in LOV.

For 'Debit Balancing Segment Value' and 'Credit Balancing Segment Value' it only shows 'All Other', No other Balancing Segment Value  appear in the LOV.
