R12: OIE: Fusion Expenses Mobile App: Why Can One Log into the Mobile App When It Isn't Registered for the "Mobile Applications Manager" Responsibility? (Doc ID 2083120.1)

Goal

Why isn't the Fusion (Mobile) Expenses application registered in the Mobile Applications Manager responsibility ?


For example under Login > Mobile Applications Manager responsibility > Search Mobile Applications
the following applications are present :
EBS Approvals WF_APPROVALS
Procurement PO_PROCUREMENT
iProcurement ICX_IPROCUREMENT
but there is no reference to Internet Expenses / Mobile Expenses or to OIE_Expenses / EBS Expenses.

However, it is possible to connect from a mobile application.
Should this be possible when the mobile app is not registered / enabled in the Mobile Applications Manager responsibility ?
