On : 12.2.4 version, Charges UI, APIs, and schema

While trying to submit charges from Service Request Charges Form get the following error


Error Messages From Order Management

Click OK

Item Validation resulted in error(s)"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Service Request
2. Add charge Line
3. Try to submit Charges
