Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Service Request Form

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Bill to details are missing in charges tab and contacts tab in service request form


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that account gets automatically defaulted in contacts tab while creating service request

STEPS
-----------------------
Steps to replicate issue for contact tab:

1. Create service request with IB instance idxxxxx
2. create task and assign task to engineer then save.
3. Close the form
4. Re query the service request and from view service request form.
5. go to address and contacts - See the error bill to is missing.

Steps to replicate issue for charges tab:
--
1. Add the charge lines
2. Remove the existing ship to from charges and select another ship to from LOV
3. Save
4. See the error bill to is missing.
