Issue: ====== Unable to close the period. Unposted item report showing the receipts. Upgrade is not completed due to missing initial UNAPP for the record. . Analysis: ======= There are 2 cases identified. Case 1 : ========
Upgrade is not completed due to missing initial unapp for the record.
The receipt is created in 11i. Then the application is done which is posted and the details of the application are captured in the XLA Tables. and then Upgraded. This receipt create event is marked as unposted.
Case 2 : ======== Receipt is reversed in R12 and posted to SLA, and having the same pattern of case 1.
For both the cases, the initial UNAPP record details are missing in the ar_receivable_applications Table and the ar_distributions table.
. Fix Approach: ============ Case 1 : ======== Create Unapp row and corresponding ARD for UNAPP/CRH, and then run the standalone upgrade script for these receipts.
Case 2 : ======== Create Unapp row and corresponding ARD for UNAPP/CRH, and then run the standalone upgrade script for these receipts. Undo account reverse event, and repost the data.
