Repair Order: Performance Issue When Creating Task Using Task Template

When creating a Task using the Task Template, it is taking up to five minutes for the fields to be populated.
(R) Depot Repair
(N) Find Repair Orders > Repair Tasks tab
For a given Service Request and Repair Number:
Create Tasks from Template Group.
What Is Working:
From Service Request form, there is only one Task Template name available, and that does not show performance issues.
