APP-PER-289974: There has been an error processing this person. The error encountered is 'ORA-20001 HZ_SYNC_SQL_EXCEP: N, PROC, sync_person, N, ERROR, ORA-55526: temporary tablespace to store temporary undo not available', which occurred in procedure per_htca_merge.create_tca_person at step 5. ?
 
Additional information:
With the parameter 'temp_undo_enabled' to 'false', the issue does not occur.
According to note 216205.1, this should be set to 'true' for database 12c.
