Symptoms

When attempting to reserve a project related PO, the following errors occurs.

ERROR:

"Your Budgetary Control action completed with exceptions."
View results error with :" No results found, perform Funds Check/Reserve to view the results''. and then
"APP-PO-14142: PO_SLA_BC_PKG. populate_and_call_bc_report-070 ORA-0000: normal, successful completion.
Cause: A SQL error has occurred in PO_SLA_BC_PKG.populate_and_call_bc_report. The SQL error is ORA-0000: normal, successful completion."

A new project related PO with the exact same information does not fail with this error.
