Error Trying to Transact Byproduct and Ingredient or Product at the Same Time, "Transaction quantity is more than existing transaction quantity" (Doc ID 2083779.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Batches

When attempting to create a transaction for an ingredient or product followed by a transaction for a byproduct, if the byproduct transaction quantity is less than the ingredient or product qty, when you click to a new line the Transacted Qty on the top block of Material Transactions becomes set to the difference between the entered qty for the ingredient/product and the entered qty for the byproduct with a negative sign in front. If you then click Transact, you get

Transaction quantity is more than existing transaction quantity

The issue can be reproduced at will with the steps described above

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot transact an ingredient or product and a byproduct at the same time.
