ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Using AME approval, if any approver in an approval group creates a vacation rule and delegates to someone, that action history shows that no one from APPROVER_GROUP has approved the document.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Using AME approval, if any approver in an approval group creates a vacation rule and delegates to someone, that Action history should show correct approver name from APPROVER_GROUP that has approved the document.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

 1) AME is used
 2) 2 approval groups...
 3) One group with approvers A,B,C,D,E with first responder wins
 4) Second group with approver F
 5) A has setup delegation rule to X
 6) C has setup delegation rule to Y
