When Trying To Perform The Billing Type Setup, The Errors Out Indicating That The Page Is No Longer Active. (Doc ID 2084230.1)

On : 12.2.4 version, Setup flow

When attempting to update a Billing Type associated with a Service Activity, and on the Billing Type click "Details" the following error occurs.

(X) Error
You are trying to access a page that is no longer active.
- The referring page may have come from a previous session. Please select Home to proceed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update a Service Activity
2. Add a Billing Type
3. On the Billing Type click Details
4. The reported error occurs
