R12: Extra Schedules Being Created When Creating Default Distributions (Doc ID 2084268.1)

Extra Schedules being created when Creating Default Distributions
For example, the system is creating additional schedules for line 0002 and line 0003.

Expected Behavior

There should be one schedule for each line item.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to: Buyer Work Center > Awards
  - Create Standalone Award

2. Create line item structure (line 0001, line 0002, line 0003)

3. Create Default Distributions from the Action drop down

4. Navigate to Schedules tab and there are extra schedules for line 0002 and line 0003 (5 total).
