iStore Custom Logo Not Displaying After CPU Patches (Doc ID 2084628.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
iStore custom logo not displaying after CPU patches

CPU patching was applied and the user assigned a custom jsp to the template name 'STORE_CTLG_SCT_PATH' (Catalog section path) using the Template Manager in iStore Administrator.

Go to view the site and the custom logo is no longer displaying.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to see custom logo.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

In the iStore Administrator responsibility -
1. Create a new media object XX_COLLECTION with a custom logo
2. Modify XX_ibeCCtdSctPath.jsp to call a custom media object
3. Map custom jsp to STORE_CTLG_SCT_PATH

In the iStore storefront page
 Access iStore Catalog page and try to see custom logo and is no longer displayed


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, unable to migrate to CPU (security/ATG) patches to PROD instance.
