ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When using the Fusion Configurator Engine (FCE), incorrect values are received from decimal comparisons with the usage of mathematical functions in Constraint Definition Library (CDL) rules.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that correct values will be returned from decimal comparisons with the usage of mathematical functions in Constraint Definition Library (CDL) rules.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create FCE Model Structure with decimal features and totals in the Oracle Configurator Developer Repository,
2. Create a Statement Rule with normal decimal comparison using math functions like ABS, CEILING, FLOOR, TRUNCATE, etc.
3. Launch the model from the Test Model button,
4. When entering the appropriate values, the totals are not correct.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the FCE functionality and move these models into a production environment. This issue impacts important time lines toward the go-live date.
