Interface Trip Stops Errors with Request Quantity and Shipped Quantity are not Equal (Doc ID 2085303.1)

Symptoms

 


When attempting to submit the Interface Trip Stop - SRS program for a particular trip stop or delivery, the following error occurs.

ERROR
From the Interface Trip Stop Log File

Request qty and Shipped qty are not equal. l_bulk is FALSE
Exiting WSH_SHIP_CONFIRM_ACTIONS.IS_OM_BULK_ENABLE

Entering WSH_SHIP_CONFIRM_ACTIONS.OM_INTERFACED (WSHDDSHB.pls 120.19.12010000.10)
p_batch_id ==> <batch_id>
flag ==> FALSE
Exiting WSH_SHIP_CONFIRM_ACTIONS.OM_INTERFACED
Batch <batch_id> is not yet fully interfaced to OM.
 x_completion_status ==> WARNING
Exiting WSH_SHIP_CONFIRM_ACTIONS.INV_INTERFACE_TRIP_STOP
INTERFACETRIPSTOP: RESULT OF INVENTORY INTERFACING BATCH_ID <batch_id> = WARNING

 

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Order Management Super User responsibility
2. Navigate to Shipping > Interfaces
3. Select the program Interface Trip Stop - SRS,
    Enter the necessary parameters and submit the program.
4. Review the concurrent request log file and above errors are shown
