E-Business Suite 18.104.22.168, Oracle Applications Manager (OAM) Issues
When users select the login button, the page attempts to load for a long time before giving the following error:
"Page Cannot be Displayed"
Users can successfully login to the Oracle E-Business Suite, but the Oracle Applications Manager login fails with the above error.
