With the migration to R12, the names of the employees are not appearing in the format they have selected in the field "Full Name Format" in TAB "Further Name"
in People form in SSHR pages. In R12, the List Name format type is intended for use where names appear in lists. Oracle HRMS uses this format type to display
person names in SSHR pages. This is clearly mentioned in Doc ID 1364139.1.

However, this is not sufficient for Dutch legislation.

Customer's requirement is that they need the dynamic full name format that checks what format type an employee has chosen to use in the field "Full Name Format"
in TAB "Further Name" in the person form. The full name uses this full name format type you choose in the person form to display the correct full name. With list name
this is not possible as it is static and uses the same format for all employees.

This makes it possible that an male employee's name can be displayed as partner's name + birth name or female employee's who have chosen not to use their husbands
name, only their birth name. The list name format does not provide this dynamic option and that's the problem.

Customer has confirmed that this is how it used to work in 11i.

It is expected that the system should allow the employee to choose the full name format they would like to use as it used to be in 11i.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Applications.
2. Navigate as NL HRMS Manager > People > Enter and Maintain
3. Query the employee.
4. Navigate to TAB "Further Name".
    Choose a full name format.
5. Check the name in SSHR and find that this is based on List Name format, not the way an individual has chosen to display.
