On 12.1 HRMS RUP8 version of Advanced Benefits,
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After RUP8 was applied, the 'Process Event' button in the Potential Life Events tab under Person Life Events is enabled for a responsibility which has the profile option - HR: Query Only Mode set to 'Y'. The expectation is that for responsibilities with HR: Query Only Mode set to 'Y', the Process Event button should be disabled.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility US HR Manager Responsibility (this responsibility has Profile Option "HR: Query Only Mode" set to Yes).
2. Navigate to People > Benefits Service Center and query an employee.
3. Select View Person Life Events from the Desktop Activities drop down menu.
See the Process Event button is not disabled.
