Symptoms

On 12.2.3,  Using split line API the following error occurs:

ORA-01403: no data found in Package OE_Order_GRP Procedure Automatic_Account_Creation

 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Navigate: : Orders, Returns > Order Import > Process Order API
3. Make use of the Process Order API to split the lines & error is received
