Transactions Workbench Issue: Datafix: Transaction Listed In Unposted Items Report But There Is No Associated Event (Doc ID 2086025.1)

Issue:

Transaction showing up on unposted items report, and not getting posted to SLA as the event is not
found in 'XLA_EVENTS' table.

Analysis:
=======
Transaction with rules created via Auto invoice.
Subsequently Revenue Recognition program created non Modal distributions rows (Revenue, Unearn,
Receivables, Offset Unearn) properly and latched the event identifier.

However the associate event identifier is not present in XLA_EVENTS.  

Note that event identifier is retrieved by revenue recognition program, then it means the event is
created properly by Revenue Recognition program.

Fix Approach:
============
Null out the event_id in the ra_cust_trx_line_gl_dist_all AND re-create a NEW RECORD in xla_events and stamp it in the ra_cust_trx_line_gl_dist_all
