After 12.1.3 to 12.2.3 upgrade, ADOP full cleanup phase shows the following errors in the console (and logfile) for "adopscanlog -latest=yes":

1. Apply 12.2.3 upgrade <Patch 17020683>.
2. Execute "adopscanlog -latest=yes".
