Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Archive and Purge
When executing New Archive and Purge program is having performance issue.
Following sql is problematic :
Indexes were created but there is still performance issues when executing New Archive and Purge program.
It takes 39 hours to purge six months data approximately 1,10,000 records.
