Org Chart Button Connection Timeout - Pointing to IP 141.146.58.19 (Doc ID 2086140.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Manager,HR Views,Emp Directory

When attempting to view the Org Chart (Using Org Chart button) from Employee Directory from Employee Self-Service responsibility or Transfer in Manager Self-Service responsibility, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
- Problem Loading Page
- The connection has timed out.
  The server 141.146.58.19 is taking too long to respond



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to 'Employee Self-Service' responsibility
2. Select 'Employee Directory' function.
3. Simple search any employee.
4. Under the employee details table, Org Chart Column click on the Org Chart button.
5. It is trying to connect http://141.146.58.19/OPEHA/Access.aspx?user=EBS_EMPL
6. After few minutes. it times out.
7. Same issue also occurs with 'Manager Self-Service' -> Transfer function.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-------------------------------------------

1. Manager Self-Service responsibility -> Talent Profile, Employee Directory is working fine without any issue.
2. Employee Self-Service -> Employee Directory -> My Hierarchy Viewer is working fine also.
