NullPointerException on Record History On Customers Page

User is not able to review the history records on customers standard page.

Steps to reproduce:

Responsibility:  Receivables Manger

Navigation: Customers > Customers > search for a customer  and click on Go

Click on Record history on the search result (customer header) and the error message is raised.
The same error message appears on site and site use level
Profile Value FND: Record History Enabled is set to Yes at site level
