Delivery Detail Lines Are Backordered When Providing a Ship Confirm Rule on Release Sales Order Form (Doc ID 2086200.1)

Symptoms

When user is attempting to release and ship the Sales Order line using the 'Release Sales Order' window with a Ship Confirm Rule.
This results in the delivery detail lines status set to as Backordered.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
   1. Using an Order Management Super User responsibility, navigate to Shipping > Release Sales Order > Release Sales Order
   2. Run pick release for delivery details with a Ship Confirm Rule,  Auto pick confirm:Yes and Auto allocate:Yes
   3. Review delivery details on the Shipping Transaction Form, lines are backordered.
