ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

There are multiple instances of there being a mismatch between material transactions and material requirements.

For example:

A WIP (or EAM) job has a material requirement for Item A, Op Seq 10, required qty 8 but shows an issued quantity of 0. Another scenario is the job shows Item A on both op seq 95 and 1000, the material transaction shows as being done against 1000 but the material requirements show 95 with the issued quantity - in this case the BOM only has the 1000 line so the assumption is that the issue transaction itself created the 95 line. When we do the transaction the second time it seems to apply the quantity to the job correctly; however, this means we're unable to recreate the issue.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Material transactions should process correctly for both EAM and WIP work orders.
