When attempting to setup Content Zone, users encounter an error.
Steps To Reproduce
1. Log in to Oracle Applications, using an iProcurement Catalog Administration responsibility.
2. Click the Content Zones subtab.
3. Select "Create Local Content Zone" and click Go.
- Encounter the reported error.
